## What is CPO7?

CPO7 is a complete OCPP backend / CSMS (Charge Station Management System) for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure operators. It enables businesses — from single-site parking operators to large EV charging networks — to connect, monitor, control, and monetize their charging stations.

### 4. DLM – Dynamic Load Management
Smart energy distribution across multiple chargers on the same electrical circuit. Prevents circuit overloads, reduces energy costs, and maximizes simultaneous charging throughput.

### 5. Mobile App (Android)
A consumer-facing Android app on Google Play for EV drivers to:
- Search and filter nearby charging stations
- Start and stop charging sessions
- Manage private RFID cards
- View session history and costs
